Som erhvervspsykolog har jeg fokus på at hjælpe mennesker som primært har udfordringer i arbejdslivet eller i kombinationen arbejdsliv/privatliv.
Jeg tager udgangspunkt i en kognitiv tilgang kombineret med elementer fra den positive psykologi.
Jeg møder altid den enkelte i øjenhøjde og forsøger at hjælpe med at ændre tankemønstre og adfærd, så positive forandringer hurtigt kan mærkes og ses.
