We can then discuss together how I would be able to help you to achieve your goals. During the following sessions, we are going to work on identifying the aspects of your problems, understanding your thoughts and emotions, and establishing a therapy plan that can help you to live a happier and healthier life.

How does the online therapy works?
I will be in my office, and you will choose the place where you feel more comfortable and safe to have our session. It is important that you have privacy, so you can feel free to talk. You can make your own therapy space, where we will meet every week.
You can also choose to have face-to-face sessions at the office in Vejle.
