Sammen udarbejder vi et eller flere mål for dig i terapien, som bliver omdrejningspunktet for metodevalg. Jeg arbejder eklektisk, hvilket vil sige at jeg benytter forskellige metoder afhængig af problemstilling og anbefalinger fra nyeste forskning, herunder kognitiv og psykoanalytisk terapi.
